AI Support Platform · Hotels & Homestays

Your front desk, awake at 2am.

A guest messages your website at midnight asking if you have a room for the weekend. Your AI assistant answers immediately, in their language, quotes the real nightly rate from your own room list, checks whether the dates are free — and books it. If it can't help, your staff take over in one tap.

Self-hosted AI support that only answers from your rooms, hours and documents — never invents a price.

The booking you don't see is the one you lose

What's actually happening tonight

Messages arrive after the desk closes

A traveler decides at 11pm. If nobody answers before they fall asleep, they book the next place that does.

The same five questions, every day

Check-in time, is breakfast included, airport pickup, the rate, and "are you free that weekend" — re-typed by hand, over and over.

Front desk staff double as chat support

Every minute spent typing a rate quote is a minute not spent on the guest standing at the counter.

Answers your guests can trust, bookings you don't have to chase

What you get

01

Guests get the right answer immediately

Every reply is grounded in your room list, your FAQs and the documents you upload — never a guessed price or a made-up policy.

How: a hard rule in the assistant forbids inventing a price, a date or an amenity; it answers only from what you gave it.
02

Bookings happen inside the conversation

Arrival date, nights, guests and rooms are checked against your real stay policy, then confirmed with a reference code the guest can read back over the phone.

How: live availability against your check-in/out times and min/max-night rules, reference codes like R-7K4P9Q with no 0/O/1/I to avoid confusion.
03

Your staff stay in control

"Let me speak to someone" hands the conversation to your team instantly — the bot goes quiet and the message lands in a live inbox.

How: keyword detection, an explicit handoff request from the guest, or your own staff claiming the chat — any of the three works.

Live on your site in four steps

How it works

1

Pick the Hotel preset

Seeds a front-desk persona, five starter FAQs, and switches on stay-mode booking for you.

2

Add your rooms & policy

Room list with occupancy, bed type and rate; opening hours; check-in/out times and min/max nights.

3

Upload what you already have

Drop in a PDF price list, DOCX policy doc, or a page from your website — it becomes searchable knowledge.

4

Paste one line into your site

A single <script> tag from the dashboard. No app to install, nothing for guests to download.

The assistant quotes exactly these fields — nothing it wasn't given.

Built for how a hotel actually runs

Everything inside

Multi-night stay availability

Arrival date, nights, guests and rooms checked live — with alternative dates suggested when you're full.

Opening hours, answered live

Including holiday exceptions and past-midnight closing times — the assistant always knows if you're open right now.

Room catalog

Occupancy, bed type, size, view, and breakfast-included — the fields guests actually ask about.

FAQs in your own words

Answered verbatim, instantly — no LLM paraphrasing your carefully-written policy.

Knowledge from PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or a URL

Upload a price list or paste your policy page — it becomes searchable, cited knowledge.

Lead capture

Name, phone or email and intent — captured mid-conversation, ready for you to follow up.

Instant human handoff

By keyword, by the guest asking, or by your staff claiming a chat — the bot goes silent the moment a human takes over.

Any language your guests speak

The AI replies in whichever language a guest writes — far more than Vietnamese and English. Your own dashboard is available in those two today, with more on the way.

Multi-property locations

One assistant, several properties — each with its own hours, rooms and availability.

Team notifications

A signed webhook fires on every handoff, lead and booking — route it to your existing workflow (e.g. via n8n).

One embed line

A single script tag with your key — works on any website, positioned left or right.

The questions every owner asks first

Before you ask

It won't make things up

Prices, dates and policies come only from your room list, FAQs and documents — a hard rule blocks the assistant from guessing.

Your guest data stays yours

Chat runs on a local-first language model — nothing is required to leave your infrastructure to answer a routine question.

It never pretends to be a human

And it never names its own internal tools or source documents to a guest — those are hard rules, not a style choice.

Protected against abuse

Domain allow-listing, short-lived visitor tokens, per-visitor rate limits, and a daily spend cap that degrades gracefully to FAQ answers instead of overspending.

Straight answers

FAQ

Does it work on my existing website?

Yes — one script tag, no matter what your site is built with. It appears as a chat launcher in the corner of the page.

Can it take payment or a deposit?

No. It confirms the booking and hands you a reference code; payment and deposits stay exactly the way you already handle them.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and offers to bring in a person, rather than guessing. Your staff see it live in the inbox.

Is it limited to Vietnamese and English?

No — the AI itself can reply in whichever language a guest writes in. What's limited to Vietnamese and English today is the admin dashboard your staff use; more admin languages are on the roadmap.

Can I edit what it says?

Yes — persona, greeting, FAQs and knowledge are all yours to edit any time from the dashboard.

Does it answer on Facebook or Zalo?

The live channel today is your website widget. You can still route handoffs, leads and bookings to your team on other channels via a webhook (for example, through n8n).

Ready when you are

Stop losing the booking that arrives after closing

Set it up once with your room list, hours and policies — it answers and books from that moment on.
