OurAI Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to service usage to the extent permitted by law.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed in VND apply to businesses registered in Vietnam. For the AI Support Platform plans, one conversation is one guest within 24 hours, and monthly conversation allowances do not roll over to the next month. Fees, billing, overage and refunds are governed by our Payment Terms at ouraitech.com/payment-terms.
